Ask Our Politicians If #itmatters To Them

Find out if your local candidates will act to provide mental health and addiction services when, and where, we need them.  If they haven't made a commitment then send them a message and ask how much they think #itmatters.

You can also find out how well our experts thought each party did on their mental health and addictions policy by clicking on the party.  Star ratings were given based on 1) increased investment in mental health and addictions supports with a focus on providing support to people earlier 2) new ways to make sure the money for mental health and addictions support reaches the people it is designated for with fewer barriers and 3) commitment to an investment plan across all of government and non-government mental health and addictions services.  These criteria were chosen because they would be a good start for making sure more support is available and that services are sustainable.
